Day 1: Arrival at Odense
Check-in at the comfortable Hotel Knudsens Gaard in the south of Odense, followed by a three-course dinner in the hotel’s exclusive restaurant.

Day 2: Odense - Nyborg (34.5 km)
The day’s leg is from Odense to Nyborg and ends at Hotel Hesselet, which is surrounded by tall beech woods and has a view over the Great Belt. The restaurant offers “the new Danish cuisine” – stylish and refined.

Day 3: Nyborg - Kerteminde (25,5 km)
The day’s northward leg ends at Kerteminde. Check-in at the lovely Hotel Tornøes, in the heart of the old market town with views of the fjord and harbour and just 100 m fro a delightful beach. A short walk to the Restaurant Rudolf Mathis leads to the highlight of the evening. The restaurant has a lovely view over the harbour and serves first class food in a delightful warm atmosphere.


Day 4: Kerteminde - Odense (23 km)
Accommodation at the same hotel as the first night. Take a couple of hours to go sightseeing in Odense, perhaps visit Hans Christian Andersen’s House or the buzzing cultural centre Brandts with its changing exhibitions. You are free to decide where to eat.

Day 5: Odense
Departure after breakfast.
